District Chief Executive of the Ofoase Ayiribi district,Honourable Linda Ahenkorah has indicated that her outfit is working to make the district as vibrant in order to attract investors in a bid to attract investors to the area.
According to her, a vibrant locality will be vital for investors to invest their money to create opportunities in a bid to ameliorate sufferings of the people.
The DCE made the disclosure at her meeting with the Local Government and Rural Development Committee of Parliament indicating that the good relationship between the Member of Parliament will help advance development.
According to the her, the district has five legacy projects which include 1 Agenda 111 project, an uncompleted office building,and three other old legacy projects started as far back as 2015.
With the Agenda 111 projects being a national initiative, the DCE revealed that government has been working in a bid to get funding to complete them.
Though the DCE mentioned road network as one of the major challenges bedeviling the district, she believes that would soon be addressed by herself and the MP(Honourable Kojo Oppong Nkrumah).
Honourable Ahenkorah disclosed that certificates have been raised for the construction of the roads as at last year hoping that commuters would soon see a motorable roads.
