Dennis Ofori-Asiedu, Esq., Declares Bid for Oti Regional Secretary, Promises Stronger, More United NDC

A Private Legal Practitioner and Member of the National Communications Team of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dennis Ofori-Asiedu Esq., has officially announced his intention to contest for the position of Oti Regional Secretary of the NDC, presenting a bold vision to strengthen the party’s structures, deepen grassroots engagement, and build a more united and efficient regional administration.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to the growth and success of the NDC, Mr. Ofori-Asiedu believes the Oti Region deserves a Regional Secretary who is accessible, proactive, transparent, and dedicated to serving every level of the party.

His decision to contest is rooted in his desire to help build a stronger organization that is well equipped to consolidate the party’s achievements and prepare for even greater electoral Victories.

“I am offering myself to serve because I believe the party deserves a dedicated, accessible and hardworking Regional Secretary who will put the interest of members first and ensure that our structures remain active and effective,” he said.

Recognizing the pivotal role of the Regional Secretary in the administration of the party, Mr.Ofori-Asiedu has outlined a people-centered agenda focused on effective coordination, accountability, and inclusiveness. If entrusted with the mandate, he has pledged to:

Build a responsive, efficient, and transparent regional secretariat.

Strengthen communication and collaboration between the regional, constituency, and branch executives.

Improve record-keeping and administrative efficiency to support effective decision-making.

Increase regular engagement with grassroots members, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued.

Promote leadership development and capacity-building initiatives for party executives across the region.

Foster unity, mutual respect, and teamwork among all party faithful, recognizing that internal cohesion is the foundation of electoral success.
