The Majority in Parliament has announced that the 10km road construction per constituency every year is currently underway and producing positive outcomes.
In the 2025 Budget Statement presented by the Finance Minister, he indicated that government had identified 166 constituencies with bad road networks especially from farm-gates to market areas to boost feeder road enhancement and agricultural activities.
Quering for updates, the Chairman for the Roads and Transport Committee in Parliament and MP for Wassa East, Issac Adjei Mensah has affirmed that the project is happening in various rural areas to aiding in seamless transport of especially farm produce to where consumers can easily acces.
With the over 5.3 billion cedis budget estimate allocated to the Roads Ministry, the 10km per constituency road project will continue to serve its purpose and help the Ghanaian people.
