Two West Africa Senior High School Students, Accomplice Remanded for Assaulting Teacher

Three individuals, including two students of West Africa Senior High School (WASS), have been remanded into police custody for allegedly attacking a teacher of the school.

The suspects were arraigned before the Adenta Circuit Court, where they pleaded guilty to the charges.

The court subsequently ordered that they be remanded into custody and reappear on 30 March 2026 for further proceedings.

Details surrounding the circumstances of the assault were not immediately disclosed. However, the case has drawn attention to concerns about discipline and safety within educational institutions.

The matter is expected to resume on the scheduled date as the court continues with the case.
