As the festive season approaches, a prominent local leader is urging residents to prioritize their safety and well-being amidst the celebrations.
In an interview, Hon. John Kwame Adu Zack emphasized the importance of defensive driving, encouraging motorists to be vigilant and anticipate potential dangers on the roads.
“Assume you’re the only sensible person on the road, and others may not be as cautious,” he advised.
The Dormaa Central also took the opportunity to advise young people to enjoy the festivities responsibly, without going overboard.
“Have fun, but prioritize your well-being and make the most of this special time with family and friends,” he said.
The comments come as the community prepares ahead of the yuletide amidst the community’s gearing up for a joyous celebration, with football games and church activities lined up.
The leader’s message of hope and caution has been welcomed by the community, who are eager to come together and celebrate the festive season in a spirit of unity and kindness.
