Job center initiative instituted by the Member of Parliament for Tema West, Honourable Lawyer James Enu promises to provide employment opportunities for the youth, who make up about 70% of the population.

The center which aims to collect details of interested individuals, including name, telephone number, and qualification, which is put into a database to match with available job openings.
The Tema West legislator has revealed that the initiative had so far, recorded successes, including recruiting 20 people to a reputable company with others waiting for the same opportunities.

The focus, Mr. Enu disclosed, is to provide jobs and skills training to empower the youth and contribute to the development of the constituency.
Appreciating Professionals
Additionally, the Tema West lawmaker’s institutions will not be limited to job seekers; but rather,also aims to appreciate professionals, including police officers, teachers, and others who have contributed to the community.
The goal is to recognize their efforts and show gratitude, which can be a significant motivator.

With high expectations from the youth, it’s essential to manage these expectations and provide hope for a better future,the MP said.
He concluded by acknowledging the challenges of job seekers, but remains committed to fighting for the youth and providing opportunities for growth and development of Tema West Constituency.
