According to a report published on April 27, 2026, by Pulse Ghana, the Madina Member of Parliament stands out for his relentless approach to law, one that fuses courtroom litigation with grassroots activism, particularly in cases involving police brutality, prison conditions, and state overreach.

With over 15 years of legal experience, Dr. Sosu has built a reputation for applying consistent legal pressure through petitions, lawsuits, and public advocacy, often taking on politically sensitive cases. His work in public interest litigation and justice reform has positioned him as a central figure in Ghana’s human rights discourse.

A member of the Ghana Bar Association and several international legal bodies, Sosu’s influence extends beyond the courtroom.

He has been actively involved in organizations such as the Africa Bar Association, the International Association of People’s Lawyers, and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, reflecting a broad engagement with global legal standards and reforms.
