Two unidentified young men have been brutally murdered at Adeiso in the Upper West Akyem District of the Eastern region.
According to reports, the deceased were accused of killing an Okada rider.
An eyewitness, Kwaku Dosah, in an interview with Nyansapo News, provided a detailed account, stating that the two young men hired the Okada rider’s services to take them to Asamakese.
Upon reaching a section of the road, the men launched a catastrophic attack on the rider, killing him instantly, and fled with the motorcycle.
While fleeing to Asamankese, they encountered the motorcycle’s owner, who, upon inquiry about the rider’s whereabouts, saw the men attempt to escape.
The owner mobilized local men to retaliate, resulting in the brutal murder of the two men.
The police have taken the bodies to the mortuary, pending a thorough investigation into the matter.
